An accountant is available and can provide support with a range of finance needs, including: statutory returns – BAS, IAS, year-end reporting; ACNC reporting; funding acquittals; day-to-day bookkeeping; budgeting and project accounting; cashflow projections; management accounting and reporting; accounting software setup and assistance; WorkCover and insurance matters; end-to-end payroll management; FBT calculations; special purpose financial reporting; loan applications and feasibility studies; internal audits and more.

Marketing and Communications
For many not-for-profit organisations, particularly those in the small-to-medium sector, it can be difficult to build and maintain a communications strategy. Marketing and communications staff can help with: communications strategy; communications and marketing plans; developing marketing collateral; social media planning and execution; and annual report design.
Communications and marketing work is contracted through an individual service agreement to be negotiated by Collective Purpose and potential partner organisations.
Identifying and securing new sources of funding is vital for many organisations in our sector. Collective Purpose can support not-for-profit organisations with: grant research, application writing, proofing and editing.
Grant-writing services can be contracted at the rate of $78 per hour.
Collective Purpose can provide networked IT services including remote access; file sharing and data storage, business and office software and technical support.
These services are charged at $96 per FTE per month, plus set up costs.*
