Sharing Expertise Across Organisations
We know that it can be difficult for small-to-medium organisations to access or afford the expertise and resources they need to innovate and grow. At Collective Purpose, we have dedicated and experienced staff on hand that are skilled in providing finance, HR, marketing and communications, and business administration services for the not-for-profit sector.
Support from shared services could include:
Business management and compliance
Improving planning and accountability for projects and programs
SCHADS award expertise
Building organisational profile, sharpening messaging, improving engagement
Administrative support and development of administrative processes
Grant research, proposal refinement, writing or editing
Collective Purpose has staff available to support your organisation across all staffing and employment requirements. This can include: award interpretation; recruitment; employment contracts; workplace relations; and policies and procedures.

Marketing and Communications
For many not-for-profit organisations, particularly those in the small-to-medium sector, it can be difficult to build and maintain a communications strategy. Marketing and communications staff can help with: communications strategy; communications and marketing plans; developing marketing collateral; social media planning and execution; and annual report design.

Finding and securing sources of funding is vital for the continued operation of organisations in our sector. Collective Purpose can support not-for-profit organisations with: grant research; application writing; proofing and editing.
Grant-writing services can be contracted at the rate of $78 per hour.
Collective Purpose has existing, external IT support that can also provide support to partner organisations. These services include: networked IT services; business and office software; data storage; and technical support.

A word from our members
Collective Purpose is our first choice of workshop venues for The Leader’s Way program, critically because value alignment is a key factor in our decisions. It is our intention to work closely with Collective Purpose for many years to come!
I … booked a meeting room for a workshop across two days. The location was fabulous, with modern and bright rooms. Was a great price considering it was central Sydney. A couple of lovely cafes walking distance and to grab snacks for the days work.
Collective Purpose is a central location that is easy to get to and the rooms are professional, well-presented and offer everything needed including catering, kitchen facilities and friendly, helpful staff – all at very reasonable prices accessible for an NFP.
Since Collective Purpose commenced operations in 2014 I have been a frequent visitor and client at the hub – both attending functions and workshops and also using rooms for various meetings and workshops. As a consultant doing a lot of facilitation … I find the facilities terrific to work in and the staff are always very responsive and helpful.
Collective Purpose have provided us with the perfect place to run training sessions, as well providing our staff with dedicated desks to work offsite. The friendly service, helpful staff, excellent facilities and modern technology have ensured that both our trainers and staff are comfortable and ready to learn. The location and great prices are a bonus.
