Resourceful Adolescent Program Facilitator Training

The Resourceful Adolescent Program (RAP) was developed to build resilience and promote positive mental health in teenagers. The program specifically aims to prevent teenage depression and related difficulties. RAP is a school-based program endorsed as an evidence-based program by the Commonwealth Government. RAP facilitators include educators, guidance counsellors and psychologists who are passionate about building resilence and promoting positive mental health in teenagers.
